    Eileen (she/her) has been practicing yoga for 20 years and completed her training at Downward Dog Yoga Centre, with additional training in pre/post natal yoga, restorative yoga, yoga for runners, and pranayama. Her classes focus on breath, movement, and stability - she loves a good flow. She continues to be inspired by her many teachers, including the students she meets in her classes, and is honoured to be among those to carry on the yoga tradition.

    Emma (she/they) is a passionate and motivated movement instructor with over 9 years of teaching experience. Her primary teaching style incorporates yoga-based movement with a focus on breathwork, functional mobility, and creative sequencing. Emma's goal is to help others improve their overall wellness, sense of proprioception, and confidence in themselves by creating an environment where anyone can explore movement in a fun and safe manner.

    Kendra (she/her) finds joy in the connection between body and mind. With a love for the outdoors, she enjoys spending time in nature, where she feels most grounded. Her yoga style is strong and playful, creating space for both challenge and grounding. Kendra views yoga as an opportunity to step out of her head and into the present moment, offering her students a chance to do the same. Through her classes, she inspires others to find balance, presence, and strength—both on and off the mat.

    Sarah (she/her) has always been involved in physical activity, but not until severe rugby injury did she turn to yoga. The subtle yet profound shifts inspired by attending yoga classes with teachers that she began to connect with eventually led her to continue on the path to teach yoga - and to be able to discover both the spiritual and physical benefits a regular yoga practice has to offer. ​The classes Sarah teaches reflect the passion she has for yoga; think playful challenges, fun energy, and succulent stretches.

    Shaun (he/him) is a multidisciplinary movement teacher from Vancouver with over a decade of experience in guiding students toward greater mobility, strength, and endurance. He blends diverse yoga styles—including Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, and Restorative Yoga—with his expertise in modern mobility science as an FRC/FRA specialist. Passionate about supporting his students with personalized guidance, Shaun brings a fun, challenging, and encouraging approach to his teaching, creating an engaging and supportive environment for every student's movement journey.

  • Tanja Begenisic

    TEACHER: EVENTS

    Tanja (she/her) is a Certified Yoga, Meditation and Breath-work Facilitator, an Energy Healer, and Advocate of Self-Love. Her journey of self-discovery led her to complete her Yoga teacher training in Costa Rica where her desire and dream to help and heal others became a reality. Through her many endeavours, she discovered the healing powers of yoga; meditation, movement as medicine, awareness of breath, and oneself. She now shares her light and wisdom with others through fulfilling and meaningful work.

  • Vanshita Gandhi

    Vanshita (she/her), a devoted yoga instructor from India, combines her cultural heritage with a modern approach to mindful movement and healing. Vanshita guides Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, and  Restorative yoga with a focus on slow, intentional movement, nervous system regulation, and deep mind-body awareness. Rooted in inclusivity and compassion, her classes create a supportive space for self-discovery, incorporating touch for alignment, healing, and grounding. Honoring yoga’s spiritual and philosophical roots, Vanshita encourages self-love, inner wisdom, and a deeper connection to oneself.

  • Zoe Glover

    TEACHER: COMMUNITY, EVENTS

    Zoe (she/her) has over 7 years in the fitness industry, and is a certified personal trainer, yoga teacher, pilates and barre instructor, as well as a breathwork and meditation facilitator. Her teaching style is all about integrating aspects of yoga, pilates, and functional strength to create unique movement combinations. You can expect gentle invitations and sequences that flow and build. Once form is found, exploration is encouraged with the idea that it doesn’t need to look like anything, it just needs to feel like something.
